He leads multifamily, retail, and office developments with a team of expert real estate attorneys, escrow officers, and project managers. His team specializes in handling large-scale development projects worth nearly $250 million and providing expert advice on financing choices and investment real estate strategies. Mukesh has closed transactions totaling over $300 million, spanning various property types. He founded Sankalp Developers, Sankalp Growth Fund, and Sankalp Realty, specializing in multifamily and single-family development and investor partnerships. Mukesh holds a degree in engineering, a PMP certification, and is a licensed broker in Texas, recognized by the FORBES Business Council He has been named one of the CREXI top 1,000 brokers nationwide.
